TJR Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") operates a suite of AI-powered browser extensions and this associated website (together, the "Service"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of every person who uses our tools.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding your data. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the Service:

• Email address — collected only when you create an account or upgrade to a Pro subscription. We do not collect your email if you use the free tier without an account.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number. We receive only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
• Usage counters — we track how many free-tier uses you have consumed today (e.g., "3 of 5 YouTube summaries used"). These counters reset daily.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your subscription status and enforce free-tier limits.
• To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, subscription changes).
• To provide customer support when you contact us.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

We want to be explicit about what our extensions do not collect:

• We do not store any web page content you visit or highlight.
• We do not store the text you send to our AI tools (emails you check, posts you write, videos you summarize, etc.).
• We do not collect your browsing history.
• We do not read or store data from other browser tabs or extensions.
• We do not track your physical location.
• We do not build profiles of your online behavior.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate TJR Technologies:

• Stripe — payment processing. When you subscribe to a Pro plan, you interact directly with Stripe's payment form. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
• Anthropic API — AI processing. When you use a tool, the relevant text (your draft post, the video transcript, the webpage content, etc.) is sent to the Anthropic Claude API to generate a response. This text is used only for generating your response and is not stored by TJR Technologies. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.
• Railway — our backend infrastructure is hosted on Railway. Railway may process your data as part of providing hosting services.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email address and subscription status for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your email and associated data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes, which are retained for 7 years).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR for EU residents and CCPA for California residents), you may have the following rights:

• Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to deletion — request that we delete your account and personal data.
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to data portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.

8. Cookies

This website uses a single cookie: tjr_token. This is an httpOnly, secure session cookie used solely to authenticate you to your account. It expires after 30 days. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have an account) or by posting a prominent notice on this website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
