Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using any TJR Technologies browser extension or the TJR Technologies website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including free-tier users who do not create an account.

2. Description of Service

TJR Technologies provides a suite of AI-powered Chrome browser extensions designed to assist with writing, learning, productivity, and browsing safety. The extensions communicate with a backend SaaS service that processes requests using the Anthropic Claude AI API. The Service includes this website for account management and subscription purchasing.

3. Free Tier

All TJR Technologies extensions offer a free tier with limited daily uses. The free tier requires no account creation and no credit card. Free daily limits reset at midnight UTC. TJR Technologies reserves the right to modify free-tier limits at any time with 14 days' notice to registered users. Free-tier usage is subject to fair use — automated or bulk usage that circumvents daily limits is prohibited.

4. Pro Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the TJR Technologies dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier. We do not prorate partial months.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first payment for each Pro tool subscription. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first charge for a given tool, contact us at legal@tjrtechnology.com and we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for renewal charges.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate spam, phishing content, or content intended to deceive or harm others.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or programs to artificially circumvent daily usage limits.
• Share account credentials with others to circumvent per-account limits.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access the Service's source code or AI models.
• Resell access to the Service without our written permission.
• Create more than one account per person for the purpose of circumventing free-tier limits.

7. API Usage

The TJR Technologies extensions route AI requests through the Anthropic Claude API. By using the Service, you acknowledge that text you submit for processing (posts, emails, article content, etc.) is sent to Anthropic's API for processing in accordance with Anthropic's usage policies. You agree not to submit content that violates Anthropic's terms of service, including content that is illegal, harmful, or designed to generate misinformation.

8. Intellectual Property

Your data is yours. Any content you input into the Service and any output the AI generates for you belongs to you. You grant us no license to your content beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.

The TJR Technologies extension code, website design, branding, and all other intellectual property of TJR Technologies are owned by TJR Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our software or branding without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TJR TECHNOLOGY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AI outputs should always be reviewed by a human before reliance, particularly for legal, medical, or financial decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TJR TECHNOLOGY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TJR TECHNOLOGY IN THE ONE (1) MONTH IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. TJR TECHNOLOGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

11. Termination

TJR Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in abuse of the Service, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by emailing legal@tjrtechnology.com.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
